You business may be adding a new user because you are expanding or because you are replacing an existing user, either way CenCom will setup the user to match your business requirements which will be different for each company. These will include things like permissions for access to data, the email address and published information or email signature for the user, their membership of email groups and many other things. some examples are
- Specific application setup and permission
- remote access
- phone deployment
- Access to templates and company standards
- IT induction to show the user how to use your systems and work with CenCom helpdesk.
Any and all of these are performed by our helpdesk who will supply a form which you can fill in and they will have the new user setup and tested and added to the CenCom system ready to be assisted if they need it.
