Each business has different requirements for users, Users are the primary reason for the IT systems and their interaction with those systems needs to be consistent and provide the information and resources required for the user to perform their roll but not more.

The management of users includes the maintenance of the rolls and required permissions for user, which equipment and access they have and the changes of that access as required by company polcy or request through the helpdesk. We will also provide the users with documentation for the systems and software they need and knowledge for their job roll as appropriate
