The service encompasses many things including checking your data backups are completing successfully, your hard disks are not full, your local workstation is up to date with security patches and antivirus through to ensuring the print service on your local system is running properly.
To provide this we install a small piece of software on your local computer which will check the status of the services and applications on your system and return the results to our technicians where they can be acted upon if they show a problem.
We also act like you would expect an internal IT department monitoring industry advice and best practice for your hardware particularly connection equipment like routers and can act on changes and ensure they are patched.
